What kind of paint do you use on a vinyl banner?

The vinyl can be painted with water-based acrylic paint or urethane-modified acrylic paint, both :-) of which are 100% acrylic paints. Latex paint should not be purchased at a lower price. Despite its flexibility, acrylic paint is still very durable. As vinyl expands and contracts with temperature changes, lower quality paint can crack and peel off.
